Classes

Our prenatal classes are designed and brought to you by caring, experienced, obstetrical RNs. The course is comprehensive and evidence-based, and spans the 3rd trimester through to newborn care and breastfeeding. The interactive and informative course content reflects the changing and evolving practices in obstetrical medicine, and will prepare you to welcome your little one with confidence.

We are excited to offer in person birth classes! We are committed to your safety and our cleaning and physical distancing protocols will remain a priority. Class sizes will be smaller to accommodate for distancing, and we ask that you attend only when feeling completely well.
