ReadyBaby Client Waiver

I understand that ReadyBaby Birth Education is under no obligation to make up or refund any classes missed by the client for any reason.

ReadyBaby Birth Education does not replace the advice,surveillance, assessment or treatment of my primary physician. I understand that though the teachers may present options and discuss scenarios of pregnancy, the class content is general training only and may not be appropriate to my specific situation. ReadyBaby Birth Education is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. In the case of a discrepancy between ReadyBaby content and my physician, I will follow the advice of my physician.

I agree not hold ReadyBaby Birth Education responsible for any dispute or claim arising out of the information and instruction I receive during classes or the use thereof.

By completing this registration and payment I hereby acknowledge I HAVE READ this Client WAIVER AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ITS TERMS.
