ReadyBaby is a 5 week class that takes place weeknights from 6:30-9:00pm right here at the South Health Maternity & Wellness Clinic. It is optimal to begin your 5 classes between 28 and 32 weeks of pregnancy. Our physician team trusts ReadyBaby to guide expecting parents towards a strong, positive start. No one should have to face the day they become a parent feeling anxious or overwhelmed. Register for the ReadyBaby course to begin parenting with confidence and clarity. The price includes the expectant mother and one support person.

About this Class

Be empowered, equipped and encouraged. The ReadyBaby program has been developed by an experienced Obstetrical Nurse and Birth Educator using evidence-based research. Each ReadyBaby Instructor is a caring Obstetrical RN, having guided hundreds of new parents through pregnancy, labour, delivery, and the first days of parenting. The price includes expectant mother and one support person.

Our group classes give you relational, face-to-face opportunities to learn, ask questions, and talk through what’s on your mind.

The first days of parenting can’t be controlled or planned to perfection, but the more knowledge you have, the more positive your experience will be.

Experience 5 weekly group classes, guided by an experienced RN Educator. You’ll be empowered with relevant information from prenatal and birth education to breastfeeding and newborn care.
